Nine months until we get married and I often find myself in awe of Jeff. Here are a handful of things he did specific to June that made me do a double take.

Can you believe it?! I’m still accidentally calling Jeff my boyfriend even as of today. And just last week I cried in our kitchen, just overwhelmed with gratitude for where I am in life. Me and Jeff have looked forward to this time for a while now and it feels like we’ve finally arrived. So I’m here reveling in post proposal bliss!
It’s hard to believe I have written my resolutions on the blog every year. Five years of blogging under my belt and this blog is one of my favorites to write. Mainly because it’s the only one I can keep up with year after year! Click below to check out last year’s goals and what I did and did not accomplish.
2022: Another Year, Another Resolution (+1 year UPDATE)
Highlights of 2022 below:

First and foremost, this isn’t sponsored in any way. I’ve seen lots of people in my Instagram circle post wonderful things about Prolon so I thought Black Friday was a good time to finally buy and give it a try (hey, that rhymed!).
Me and my BFF were talking about Prolon a month or so ago and decided this would be something fun to do together. I know I know, our definitions of fun are all a little different. I’m a full grown adult and I don’t need to be supervised, but having someone to text and complain to is kind of nice.
Here we go again! I’m not usually so eager to write up these resolutions. In fact, my resolution blog posts in other years are written in the middle of January, but I have a feeling 2022 will be incredible. Click the link below for 2021 goals to find out what I did and did not accomplish.
2021 – Unbreakable Resolutions for 2021 (+1 year UPDATE)
Twenty years ago I started wearing glasses. I was a little girl and it makes me sad to say that I don’t have any memories without my “four eyes.” I’m thankful I was never teased, though I do have bad memory, so maybe I was made fun of? That was a long time ago though, but all that to say that the last few years with glasses have been the worst. So, I finally decided to do something about it!
Seven years in Dallas and I still struggle thinking about where to go for dinner most weekends. The limitless options are both a gal’s best friend and enemy! I’ve rounded up a few of my frequented dinner and cocktail establishments in alphabetical order. Continue reading to see what made my list.
This post has been highly requested for quite some time and it’s finally here! I wrote it, took a break, came back to it, didn’t like it, deleted, and re-wrote it again. Here goes:
For those that don’t know, I’m a Speech-Language therapist in a skilled nursing facility – a nursing home, if you will. I was brought onto the team at my current facility March 17th, 2020 just as the US was catching wind of the pandemic and shutting everything down. I never had the chance to experience normalcy in my facility, but I’ll do my best to describe what it used to be like at the others I’ve worked at.
Last year I had three resolutions. I was so realistic and yet I still didn’t accomplish all of them. Part of me wants to blame the virus and call it a day, but I know I could have tried a little harder. Take a look at previous resolutions below, or keep reading for what’s in store this year!

New Years Eve is around the corner, and I’ll be celebrating with an extra glass of champagne. Truth be told, my family and I love celebrating any and all moments together with a glass of champagne! Here are some of our favorites this year:
