Now that I’ve been to Nashville I can say I finally understand what all the hype is about! The Music City was my good gal’s destination for her bachelorette party and boy was it a good time. I feel like I lucked out getting to go with such a fun group! If possible, make the trip with a small clan of your own – bonus if they enjoy country music. Highlights of the bachelorette weekend below.

Pontoon Saloon Party Cruise: This first activity of the long weekend did not disappoint! The thought of being on a boat with 40 strangers didn’t exactly scream “good time” to me at first, but it was so fun to mingle with other bachelorette parties here. Our group preferred the boat’s BYOB policy so that we were able to drink what we wanted at no additional cost. We experienced two hours of non-stop dancing and singing along Nashville’s Cumberland River. It was absolutely scenic and I would do it again.
Nashville Tractor: The group was tired from the day before but we somehow found the energy to rally on this tractor. I didn’t have high expectations, but once it started, I didn’t want it to end! The ride was only 75 minutes long and it just flew by. The tractor rode around downtown Nashville with the music up, drinks flowing, and bodies moving. The entire experience was such a fun time!
Broadway Strip: The tractor tour ended here and it was the perfect place to keep the party going! We hopped from place to place for the remainder of the afternoon. Kid Rock’s Big Ass Honky Tonk was my favorite of the bars. The live music there was great and the crowd was full of energy! Add it to your list.
Arrington Vineyards: I was designated driver this day and made the 40 minute drive out of town with the group in tow. The girls shared wine and we enjoyed a charcuterie board at one of the many picnic tables they had available. It was a hot day but the property was beautiful!
Karaoke: Some off tune singing to keep the energy up? Why not! Ms. Kelli’s and Santa’s Pub are dive bars, with the latter being a local favorite. A good way to end our nights in Nashville.
Dine
In all honesty, I didn’t particularly enjoy either dinner in Nashville. These restaurants came recommended to our group and were highly rated, but didn’t fit my dietary needs as a vegetarian.
Liberty Common: Have I mentioned I love brunch?! Get the biscuits and the fried pickles. Hands down my favorite meal over the long weekend.
Henrietta Red: A place to go if you enjoy seafood.
Hampton Social: Another seafood heavy place where I ordered the most underwhelming breakfast burrito. My drink was good at least and our group got a few good photos!
Marsh House: Another place to go if you enjoy seafood.
Stay
Our group stayed at this Airbnb. It had enough room to sleep up to 6 and was a short 5-10 minute Uber drive from the bustle on Broadway. Airbnb was the easy choice for our group to get the most interaction for the length of our stay. I would be interested in staying at Graduate on a separate occasion.
